Les will be a faculty member for a course in International Dispute Management, wherein he will advise senior executives and in-house counsel on dispute avoidance and management from a business perspective. He will discuss a dispute avoidance best practice which insures contract risk allocation is clear and understood by the parties. Further, he will address and illustrate with matters from corporate practice alternative dispute resolution processes that permit the parties to decide the disputed issue themselves, as well as processes where a third party imposes a decision.
