Les Schiefelbein was the moderator for a AAA/ICDR AANS panel at the Bird & Bird offices in London on March 5th.
The panel focused on “The Implications of Technology-Intensive AANS Disputes,” related to the arbitration of aerospace, aviation and national security disputes.
Panelists inclued Sophie Eyre of Bird & Bird, Ben Jones of Three Crowns and Pamela Meredith of KMA Zuckert.
