The Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge has announced the launch of a new USA Subcommittee.
Les is honored to be appointed as a member of this new Subcommittee. The new group will take forward the promotion of the Pledge across the United States, focusing on increasing awareness and driving change in the appointment of female arbitrators, female practitioners as lead counsel and the advancement of female in-house counsel.
